What has been your most memorable experience at Iona?

My most memorable experience at Iona so far has been going on a Kairos Retreat. I went into it knowing that I love my faith but not knowing anything else. This experience helped me to develop relationships and memories that I will treasure for the rest of my life.

I chose to attend Iona College because...

I chose to attend Iona College for the family atmosphere. Iona was the perfect size for me, not too big and not too small; just right! I love that everyone is so friendly and encouraging you to always try something new and get involved. Considering I am from Long Island, New York, I also loved that Iona is not too far from home.

What is your favorite place on campus?

My favorite place on campus is LaPenta Student Union because it is the one building on campus that does not hold any classrooms and it is a great place to find things you are interested in and stay involved!

I felt that I have Moved The World by...

I felt that I have Moved The World by getting involved in the many service projects Iona has to offer. Giving back to those who are less fortunate than I always makes me feel grateful for all that I have and the smiles on the people's faces makes me so happy.
